Buying your undies and more is very easy in our website in 4 steps:

Browse our catalog using the Categories or Search for your products
Choose your size (if applicable) and add your product into Shopping Cart
Select "Check Out" when you are ready. Note you need to either Login or select your shipping. See below for information on Shipping Costs.
Confirm your shipping details and make a payment.

Note our prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise noted. Please use the Change Currency link below to see estimates in your currency.

We accept the payment methods below:

Bank Deposit (For customers in Australia only) - Select Bank Deposit or Mail Order and you will be provided with our bank account details.
PayPal or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) - just follow the instructions and you are done!
Money Order (For customers in Australia only) - Select Bank Deposit or Mail Order and you will be provided with our address details.

Your products will be shipped out to you as soon as your payment is cleared or confirmed.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Times

Please note we recommend Registered Post or Mail in all cases as your undies and products can be tracked if they get lost! We do not accept responsibility for lost shipments using Regular Post so please choose your shipping method carefully.

We usually ship the next business day after your payment is received asnd you will be kept informed with our order updates.

Our shipping fees and their estimated arrival time are as follows:

Registered Mail/Post	$5.50 regardless of the order value or number of items (2-4 days)	$19.50 regardless of the order value or number of items (7-14 days)
Regular Mail/Post	FREE (2-4 days)	Depending on the combined weight of the product(s) starting from $9.50 (7-14 days)
Express Post/Courier	$9.50 regardless of the items purchased (1-3 days)	Not available as yet - please contact us for more details

Returns and Exchanges

Due to personal hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the products. We are, however, happy to discuss options with you if you are unsatisfied with your purchase!

We try to be as precise as possible with our product information so please check your sizes carefully when you order.
